Movies 4 Mental Health at the University of Guelph

Description: Movies 4 Mental Health was a 2-hour interactive workshop held at the University of Guelph that created a space for students and community to have open and honest conversations about mental health. Through interactive discussion, watching and responding to short films about different mental health issues, and a panel of speakers talking about lived experience stories, and mental health resources available to students on-campus and in the community. The workshop was incredibly powerful, eye-opening, and inspiring, as it’s not often that we get to truly talk about these complex issues.
